Representative Inspection Areas
Pre Inspection
- Review your custom property checklist and recent service notes
- Prepare inspection tools, documentation app, and camera
- Confirm scheduled vendor activity for the week
During the Inspection
- Conduct detailed interior inspection of interior and exterior
- Cross-reference with previous visits to monitor patterns or changes
- Take documentation photos for visual status reporting
Post Inspection
- Upload visit report with condition notes and images
- Flag any issues requiring service, repairs, or follow-up
- Send summary to homeowner
Security & Access
- Test security systems, cameras, locks, alarms, and access controls
- Validate gates and fences are secure and undamaged
Exterior Grounds
- Walk the full perimeter: inspect fencing, gates, landscaping, and lighting
- Check for plant overgrowth, pests, irrigation issues, and hardscape damage
- Visually inspect roofline, shingles, gutters, and downspouts
- Assess outdoor living areas, pool/spa systems, and recreation features (e.g., courts, putting greens)
Interior Systems
- Test smoke/CO₂ detectors, fire extinguishers, and backup power sources
- Check HVAC units, thermostats, and air filters for performance
- Inspect plumbing fixtures, water heater, softeners, and drainage systems
- Test lighting, switches, outlets, and appliance operation
- Assess interior finishes: cabinetry, countertops, floors, walls, and ceilings
- Check windows/doors for proper seal and smooth function
Vendor Services Quality Check
